Your phone must be carrier-unlocked to use a third-party eSIM. If you bought your phone outright or finished your contract, it's usually unlocked. Contact your carrier if unsure.

Yes. eSIMs use the same encryption and security standards as physical SIMs. They cannot be physically stolen or cloned, and are tied to your specific device.

Use the QR code provided on the confirmation page or in your email as a backup. If scanning isn't possible, you can manually enter the activation code and SM-DP+ address under "Enter Details Manually" in your eSIM settings.
