These terms govern the use of the app “Tap or Fault” by Ibipoint Ltd, 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
Tap or Fault is a reaction game for entertainment. Measured times are game values, not medical or scientific measurements, and no conclusions should be drawn from them about health conditions.
The basic game is free. Additional features (Endless Mode, further game modes, settings) are available after a one-time “Pro” purchase, optionally preceded by a free trial period.
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are governed by the terms of the respective store. “Restore purchase” restores a previous purchase on devices signed in with the same store account.
Do not use the app in situations that require your full attention (for example in road traffic or when operating machinery).
If a global leaderboard is available, manipulated or automated submissions are not allowed and may be removed. Choose a display name that does not infringe rights or contain offensive content; we may remove such names.
The app is provided “as is” without warranty. Liability for damages arising from its use is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
We may update these terms, for example when new features ship. The current version is always available in the app and at ibipoint.com/tapfault/terms.
