• You confirm you’re at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts.
• Provide accurate information at checkout and keep it up to date.
• Use the eSIM on a compatible, unlocked device. (Tip: check your device supports eSIM before buying.)

3) Orders, pricing & taxes

• Prices are shown before payment and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location and law.
• Your order is accepted once payment clears. We may cancel and refund if an obvious pricing or availability error occurs.
• Invoices or receipts are emailed to the address you provide at checkout.

4) Digital delivery

eSIMs are delivered digitally — usually by email and/or on-screen — as a QR code with activation instructions. Delivery is immediate after successful payment unless we need a short manual review (rare but possible for security reasons).

• Compatibility: Please confirm your device supports eSIM. We’ll gladly help if you’re unsure — just ask us before buying.
• Activation: Once an eSIM is activated (scanned/installed), it’s considered used and generally non-refundable.

5) Payments & Anti-Money-Laundering (AML)

We use regulated payment providers: Stripe (for cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay) and PayPal (for PayPal payments). These providers perform anti-fraud and AML checks such as identity verification and transaction screening. Our eSIMs are prepaid digital services and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6) Refunds & cancellations

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you made a mistake, contact us quickly and we’ll try to help before activation.

• After activation: refunds are generally not possible (the eSIM is considered used).
• Before activation: we may refund if the profile wasn’t delivered or usable due to a technical issue on our side.
• To request help, email [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase.

7) Chargebacks

If something goes wrong, please contact us first. We can solve nearly all issues directly. Unjustified chargebacks for successfully delivered eSIMs may be disputed with the payment processor and can lead to account restrictions.

6) Restituties & annuleringen

We willen dat je tevreden bent. Als je een fout hebt gemaakt, neem dan snel contact op — vóór de eSIM is geactiveerd.

As eSIMs são entregues digitalmente — por e-mail e/ou diretamente na tela como um código QR. A entrega ocorre imediatamente após o pagamento bem-sucedido.

• Compatibilidade: Verifique antes da compra se o seu dispositivo suporta eSIM.
• Ativação: Após a ativação, a eSIM é considerada utilizada e normalmente não é reembolsável.

5) Pagamentos & prevenção contra lavagem de dinheiro (AML)
